Created in 2016, Chef’s Promise was established when we noticed a gap in the market for delicious, restaurant-quality gluten free ingredients.
Although there has been a big increase in gluten free ingredients available in the retail sector, a lot of these don’t come close to the original when it comes to taste and performance.
Our team of chefs is led by Executive Chef Massimo. Massimo has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to creating gluten free food that doesn’t compromise on flavour.
Many gluten free mixes are also time consuming in their preparation, requiring the addition of two or more ingredients. This can often lead to lack of consistency in results – a cause for concern in the food manufacture and catering business.

Since most of our products are mixes you can add your own twist, the opportunities to experiment are endless!
