

This 12 week exercise plan is a functional workout that anyone can do in their own
home. It’s designed to complement your weight loss program by healthier eating, proper meal planning and realistic dieting. (see our other e-books in the series)
Stage 1: This is for complete exercise novices with little or no exercise history
and is to be done over 4 weeks
Stage 2: For those who have completed stage 1 or who have been doing
moderate regular exercise and is to be completed over 4 weeks
Stage 3: For those who have completed stages 1 and 2 or who are currently
physically, very fit.
Each stage has three workouts; these workouts are to be done in a week,
ideally with a one day gap in-between
