All our Cashews are first smoked over whisky barrels souced from scottish distilleries. We then glaze them to make a morish snack that is great alone but excels as a pairing for whisky.

The wood starts its journey in America as bourbon casks before being shipped to Scotland to age whisky. When the casks age out, we break down the staves and burn them on our smokehouse in Scotland.
